Job Description The Regional OpEx Lead is responsible for applying continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies across several plants and acts as a lean champion, driving Lean-Enterprise culture throughout the organization. More specifically:
Implement Lean within the Manufacturing and Supply chain organization Provide intensive training for production teams and culture change within the organization Teach, demonstrate and Coordinate Lean implementation and activities on the shop floor such as Kanban, Material Conveyance, Production flow, Super Market design and deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Takt time analysis, Problem-Solving, Standardized work, Set-up reduction, 5S, Visual Workplace, and Error-Proofing, 5S, TPM, SMED/QCO, Visual Factory, Kaizen, Scheduling, etc. Ensure consistency of Lean methods Assist plant Lean teams in sustaining gains achieved in Lean efforts. ----Support management team in implementing the best practices Contact for overall Lean improvement plan development and implementation Lead Kaizen events as and where needed Set Lean reporting (projects and financials) system, and report regularly to Line and functional management Manage follow-up of multiple projects in different production Sites Exchange experiences with Lean organizations in other areas Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement BSC, Master or PhD in Sciences, Engineering, Business Six Sigma Master Black Belt Lean Expert Your Profile :
We need a 100% dedicated experienced Lean Manager who is hands-on and has strong experience in production management with Lean implementation. We are looking for a leader with a strong personality, who is able to convince the organization to do the move toward Lean Advanced Training in Lean methodologies, 5s, SMED, VSM, Kaizen and other continuous improvement methodologies Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean/Flow through-put world Solid project management skills, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills Process improvement experience with demonstrated successful results driven application of the concept Operational experience - operations leadership, process engineering, distribution experience Demonstrated success in leading and driving sustained change on the shop floor
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
