Field Service Technician
Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Iowa Park, TX
9 month contract, $ 11.50 - 13.50 an hour
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, G.E.D., Home School Certification, or international equivalent to High School Diploma.
At least 2 years of lab, plant or maintenance experience, OR at least 2 years of training (college, military, technical/vocational school).
Basic Computer Skills Required
Responsibilities:
The Field Service Representative (FSR) will be responsible for providing our on-site technical customer service.
Acts as technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technical counterparts.
Performs water analysis and/or collects samples for preparation, labeling and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis.
Works with PLC controls, understands water process treatment design, and repairs pumps, instruments and control panels.
Conducts preventative maintenance and calibrates feed pumps, controllers, feed rate charts and maintains log sheets.
Maintains inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, and piping), and adequate supply of reagents, sample containers, and shipment containers necessary for routine as well as special sampling and analysis.
All aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
